CompuScapes Estimate program will allow you to generate installation estimates and track maintenance bids quickly and accurately. You'll experience faster bid acceptance with readily understood document formats. Estimates can be printed for internal use or to give to a customer. Estimate information can be 'merged' automatically with user defined Proposal formats or can be exported to popular word processing programs. Once an estimate has been accepted by the customer, the Estimate Acceptance program will automatically generate a workorder, create the billing customer, job and job budgets. The Workorder program allows projects and special tasks to be created, changed and tracked quickly and accurately. A printed Workorder is used by the crew to record actual material, equipment and labor usage.
