Interior plant care companies have very unique needs. That's why CompuScapes created a StandAlone Interiorscape program.

We recognized need in the industry for an estimating and customer inventory program that addresses your particular requirements. The StandAlone Interiorscape program allows you to take advantage of the power of CompuScapes, while still using your current accounting package. Or, it can be used in conjunction with the CompuScapes Main Module.

Customer Inventory and Replacements let you monitor each customer's inventory. Plant Replacements can be tracked, as well as plants and containers, at your customer's site. This tracking works whether the plant is sold, leased or a takeover - guaranteed or non-guaranteed.

Workorders can be created for new installations and plant replacements. You can use Workorders to enter and maintain information to track sales, cost and gross margin figures, so you can keep jobs within budget. Workorders can be entered directly, or they can be converted by accepting an estimate.

Estimates and Proposals can be created that include detailed information for each location at your customer's site. Management reports and itemized installation lists can also be generated. Once the estimate is accepted, the customer, job, project budgets and corresponding inventory become a part of the permanent database.

Job Costing can help you keep track of the costs directly related to each job. With this you can track costs, as well as relieving inventoried items.

To make it even easier to get started, every system is shipped with a pre-loaded database of plants and containers. The reports that follow are examples of the powerful business management tool that CompuScapes can be for your interiorscape business.
